Orientation framework

With the Code of Conduct, we have formulated a framework for the application of ethical standards such as integrity, honesty as well as compliance with the law. Compliance with all legal regulations applicable to the IGB Group and with all internal rules has been a requirement at IBG for a long time and is an integral part of our company culture.

We do not want to restrict company freedom by the use of the code of conduct and compliance management, but rather indicate the possibilities of action that are consistent with laws, regulations and directives. Of central importance here is that damage to the IBG and each individual employee is to be averted in a preventive manner.
